Every vehicle in the program will move through the same process, every day. This is the ground level work NEXGENTEK is putting in place.
What NEXGENTEK does not do: NEXGENTEK does not develop autonomous driving software. NEXGENTEK focuses on the physical fleet, facilities, operating processes, and local execution that let an autonomous vehicle platform run reliably on the ground.
The Daily Cycle

Vehicle intake and staging
Vehicles are received into the hub and staged for the next step in the daily cycle.

State of charge monitoring
Charge levels are tracked continuously so vehicles are never released below service threshold.

Cleaning and passenger area inspection
Interior surfaces and passenger areas are cleaned and checked before a vehicle re-enters service.

Safety and damage inspection
A documented inspection confirms the vehicle meets safety standards before release.

Preventive maintenance coordination
Scheduled maintenance items are tracked and coordinated with qualified service providers.

Software and platform readiness checks within authorized limits
Platform-provided readiness checks are confirmed within the limits authorized by the vehicle platform. NEXGENTEK does not develop autonomous driving software.

Roadside recovery coordination
Recovery procedures and provider relationships are maintained for vehicles that need assistance in the field.

Collision and insurance coordination
Incidents are documented and coordinated with insurance and collision service partners.

Vehicle uptime measurement
Availability and downtime are measured against operating targets for every vehicle in the fleet.

End of day reporting
Daily performance, readiness, and incident data are compiled into a standard operating report.
