Operating Model
How the operation works.
Six capabilities work together so an autonomous vehicle platform can enter Dallas-Fort Worth with a local partner that already understands how to keep a fleet charged, clean, inspected, and ready.
Program stage: NEXGENTEK is currently in the pre-launch development stage. Every capability below is being built and tested for the initial controlled Dallas-Fort Worth program. None of it is presented as already operational.
Fleet Ownership and Financing
NEXGENTEK plans to acquire or finance vehicles under authorized platform programs, starting with a small, controlled fleet instead of a large speculative order.
A platform partner needs to know the capital is real and sized correctly. This financing plan is built around a controlled 10 vehicle start, not a bet on future growth.
Mobility Hub Development
NEXGENTEK is identifying and developing secure sites in Dallas-Fort Worth for charging, parking, cleaning, inspection, maintenance coordination, and fleet staging.
Every vehicle needs a physical home base. Hub sites are being evaluated on charging capacity, access, and security before any lease is signed.
Daily Vehicle Readiness
NEXGENTEK is writing the repeatable procedures that will prepare every vehicle for safe, reliable service before it returns to the road.
Readiness is the difference between a fleet that performs and one that doesn't. Every vehicle will follow the same documented standard before release.
Maintenance Coordination
NEXGENTEK is lining up scheduled maintenance, repairs, roadside recovery, collision support, parts, and third party service providers.
Uptime depends on these relationships being in place before they're needed, not arranged after a vehicle is already down.
Safety and Compliance
NEXGENTEK is documenting procedures for insurance, regulatory requirements, emergency response, incident escalation, and operational accountability.
Insurers, municipalities, and platforms all need the same thing: a single accountable operator with documented procedures, not ad hoc practices.
Fleet Performance
NEXGENTEK plans to track vehicle availability, charging time, cleaning time, maintenance downtime, operating cost, utilization, and contribution per vehicle.
Expansion decisions should follow the data: uptime, cost, and utilization, not projections made before the first vehicle is in service.
How It Fits Together
One accountable operator across the entire fleet lifecycle.
Platforms, manufacturers, insurers, and property owners each depend on a different piece of this model. NEXGENTEK is organized so all six capabilities run through one accountable local operator, not a patchwork of vendors.
